- How do your products represent social groups or issues?

In my film and throughout making it, our product did challenge conventions. Our product is a film that shows that sometimes silence isn’t always good. Many films actually go along with this subject so it doesn't challenge the normal way coming of age films are made about dark subjects such as loneliness like this.  I wanted the product to go along with the  usual scheme of how the mind of an adolescent went when they are in a depressed state of mind. Making the product seem more superior and raw than the others and make it attract customers without revealing too much about the character and where they had gone. While it doesn't challenge the usual dealings of a coming of age film, it is to be viewed for emotional attachment and can be viewed by all people ages 13 and up. For me, the film was practical but also had a new view of how life is for teenagers at this age with much dialogue and characters. I created a raw film that could be watched by any social group as it has a very neutral setting  as it deals with what most people go through emotionally at least once in their lives. It was full of weird energy as I filmed what I think is human nature. Its known purpose is to make people want to be kind of informed with how life feels like, especially now. Nothing about is challenging to conventions. It was more of a recreation but put in a simpler way.

- How do the elements of your production work together to create a sense of ‘branding’?

Study on different media brands has contributed to the creation of mine. In order to make the brand visible, I have retained the same color scheme throughout my development. The color scheme of my website is black, white, gray and light blue. The photographs I used on the website are all in black and white, keeping to the theme that emphasizes and establishes the identity of my film. Similarly, on my website and poster, I used the same color scheme for the movie. I wanted to make my music video black and white, giving my film a recognizable and clear brand. Because all the production work consists of black and white, the viewer can attribute this to my artist, building a brand name for my film. The color scheme is the most evident and the key element that generates a sense of branding. I chose black and white to give this dreary atmosphere of film to my film, along with keeping it new. The brand identity of my artist has been developed through all the pieces of media that I have created. In order to recognize the brand value of the film, I studied the genre and what I was looking for in the film and told it about my own work. To make sure the brand is visible in my tour poster, I used the same colors: black, white, gray and light blue. And are the same colors as those on my website. I have used the same font on my poster that I used on the digipak, as well as the promotions that can be seen on the website of the film. To make sure my film sticks out on the poster, and the crowd is enamored in a way.

- How do your products engage with the audience?

My products engage with the audience in many ways. In the beginning of the film, appealing language usage was spoken to the audience. There are also multiple social media platforms for the audience to interact with the film. The audience was targeted with questions to make them feel like they were being talked to directly. One of the goals of this film is to make the audience feel engaged and attracted to the film. We also targeted the audience by making them feel connected to issues in the film like the feeling of isolation. The commercial has a silent and an eerie, soothing atmosphere to it so it should mostly be viewed by young adults and those older. I feel as though this gives an attraction to the product along with the attraction of the actual product. We want the audience to feel a part of the commercial. I tried to create an atmosphere that is relating to them and I also answered questions and made predictable assumptions. The reason for this is to get the messages across that depression can happen in silence. I also showed the film in a normal looking home that looks no different to any other to show that it really can be shown anywhere.actually is like and how appealing it looks to the eye. I show the viewers how appetizing it is and how comfortable I am around the product.

- How did your research inform your products and the way they use or challenge conventions?

My project deals with what I feel is a social issue of depression and loneliness. The film is mainly me feeling constrained in a house that makes me feel isolated. When I try to go outside I become scared. Due to my fear, the ending scene is me on the floor in a puddle of blood.  I didn’t have a big storyline, as I wanted the film to have a sense of creativity to be engaged with the audience. The film was  made to be a form of awareness and kind of make the audience feel stifled by it. There are some hidden clues and some things that the audience can talk about together after the film. My goal was to represent meaning to depression and also bring more awareness through my product. Although I didn't really alter my film much from the original way that a coming of age is done, the film should be successful enough to get its main point across.

Sound Blog

Making my sound script was relatively easy. I knew what sounds that I wanted in the film. Most of the beginning is going to have non-diagetic sound as the protagonist, Anne makes her way onto the screen. I want to have light music as a sound bridge in the beginning that will slowly dissipate as the movie comes along. I wanted the dialogue to show feelings and continue to show that my film is a coming of age. There was no big problem with creating the scripts and I thought that it was relatively converging genres. The sound will be a bake to bring out the title sequence as they appear on screen along with the way the film will be shot. Then while there is dialogue going on, there will, there will be continuous bridges throughout the film to make so there could be connections made along with the viewers feelings.

Changes to Social Media

My social media platforms have been empty because I do not know exactly how to give sell my product which in this case is my movie. I have been messing around on canva to see what my movie cover theme should. Social media could help my movie as it provides all of us with a way to communicate with others. We will help and feel encouraged by other individuals. Getting a platform to demonstrate creativity and technical savvy. Increased self-confidence by encouraging introverts to share their emotions. So it could display my movie in multiple lights as I respect others criticism.

Social networking is an integral part of the campaign for company promotion. Social media help you communicate with your clients, improve your brand recognition, and increase your leads and sales. To market my movie like a business, I have to be smart and creative with how I promote my film. Millions of people use social media sites there. For your business, it is a fantastic opportunity to meet a wide pool of people who are involved in your goods or services.Gaining a big audience would especially be good with platforms such as twitter and youtube for generation Z viewers I am hoping to seek out. A major value of social media is the opportunity to meet wide crowds. It opens the door to find more leads for your company who want your goods or services.

Re-Editing

I had my movie edited and it was really simple. Once again, I put all of the raw footage on my monitor. As there wasn't so much live footage that had to be edited, it went easily. Trimming and breaking the film into many sections was easy. To make it easier to bring together with the film that was already finished, I split the movie. I believe I put it together pretty well. Tomorrow, because I have to finish my other  tasks, I'm going to edit all of the sound.

For now, when I finished editing the movie, that gave me a feeling of accomplishment. In a short and easy way, I corrected the errors in my film. I will show it to my family when I'm finished, so I can do another examination. School is online because of the pandemic and I would like to hear another opinion. The perfect alternative to review at this point of life is my family. I have easy access to computers at home, so the pandemic did not really have a significant effect on my filmmaking process. In case anything happens with my film, I'm also saving all the film to my email to backup all the details. The best video editing apps in 2020 | Creative Bloq

Christmas Break

Although I have been filming mostly during my Chritsmas/Winter break, it has been fun and interesting. Especially because of the pandemic happening right now. My family is very spread out and there was a need for a family meeting of the kinds to speak face to face with security and know how everyone was doing. I still have a lot of friends, kindness, inclusion, appreciation and, finally, fabulous food because it's my last year in high school. For several individuals, holidays are a favorite.

By putting up the Christmas tree and stockings, we have planned for the holidays. We decorated the house and made it a really safe place. Because this year I couldn't be friends, we decided to video chat, particularly with those who live very far away.Public health officials warn America about the risks of transit and re-unification as a coronavirus pandemic rages. Thanksgiving Day, retailers around the world lock their doors, and family and friends finish what they share together. Everyone was safe and healthy, which was great. There have been a lot of disturbances during the year 2020. All I hope is that everyone is the best.

Re-Filming

To add improved lighting and make it aesthetically more appealing, I re-filled my blog. Re-filming was really easy, as I did it on a day when all of I was able to film in peace. Re-filming was fun  and simple. Every scene was completed very quickly, as we shot the scenes more than once when we did the first shooting days. I couldn't even get into the lighting. In the beginning, I wanted the area to look cold. In the end, there was enough illumination in the space to get into the mood and view comparison. Without revealing too many in the scenes, you can see the characters clearly enough. There wasn't anything to re-shoot because when I first shot the film, it mainly went as I wanted.

It will mean once again checking it. When I am editing, I can add more things to help the scenes stand out a little more. I might make the movie look like it was in a retro or modern world. When doing media research, I want to do things in a similar way in the entertainment industry. During this time, I have watched a number of films and television shows. I find myself trying to delve deeper into the script as I observe the material and find out why the director and/or producers chose the film to be made in that way. Each movie is unique, and since it is my first one, I just want mine to at least get the basics down.5 Great Filming Locations for Movies and TV
